What will you remember about me after this meeting?
For the last two years, Renderfruit has immersed herself in the study of what she calls “Post Physics”: the details that linger in your memory after any interaction. “All these things that you remember are highly curated elements that your mind selects, and I’m very interested in that because it’s involuntary,” she explains. “I find those elements can be mixed up with your feelings, your experiences, your dreams—and all that generates for me a very rich cosmology, and possibility of morphology, that I want to work with.”
A red bracelet. The scent of perfume. A charming smile. We’re powerless in deciding what we recall about someone, and what the mind otherwise casts away. A meaningful conversation may be boiled down to a single word; years of interaction reduced to a single moment.
The human mind tends to fixate on what is lost, chasing after the ghosts of memories long faded. Renderfruit, in contrast, is fixated on what remains. The visions, the sensations, the feelings—she takes all that perseveres, and gives it new shape. A morphology that will stand the test of time.

The Post Morphologies collection features 3 new artworks that push Renderfruit’s style to new heights. Each artwork is titled with a unique string of words, alluding to the fragmentary nature of its creation. Pieced together from memories, these structures feel both organic and dreamy, personal yet universal. The viewer must let themselves revel in the ambiguity.
HOT LIGHT BREATH METAL, the first of the new artworks created for Renderfruit’s Lvcidia release, centers upon a buried visage surrounded by pulsating metal. The camera rotates around the lone creation seamlessly, putting the viewer in a trance. A meditative reminder of our limits and constraints.
INTIMACY SECRET BURN THREE unravels in stages. At once appearing ethereal, the extreme distortion of the forms soon becomes apparent. Red haze carries with it a smell of summer. Surrendering to the flames of desire, each of the three creatures undergoes their own transformation.

WORMS FLESH WATER WOMB, the third and final piece of the collection, offers an awakening. Glimmering droplets of water dance around a sleeping face. The taste of blood, as if water to a plant. Amidst the serenity, a piercing red eye reveals itself to the world.

When asked if there’s any advice she wants to offer artists hoping to follow in her path, Renderfruit needs little time to think. The words come naturally. “Just create. I always say this to my friends when they feel overwhelmed, and I say it to myself… just create your artwork. It’s going to be fine. You’re going to find a voice. There are ways to show it. Exhibitions, work, whatever. But first you need to find that inner calm, and just create, and keep creating. Then don’t sleep in one piece. Don’t sleep in one concept. Just keep creating. Keep it flowing.”

Clara Luzian—AKA Renderfruit—is a creative director and 3D artist from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Flowing gracefully from playful to profound, her artwork is a living organism with a rhythm and a soul. For over a decade, this enchanting eeriness inherent to her creations has been attracting a worldwide audience. She’s been invited to create content for commercial brands like Nike, Facebook, and Apple, while also developing visuals for musical artists such as Rihanna, Miley Cyrus, The Weeknd, and many more.
